Why can't I send mail using your server?
Our mail server does not allow relaying, it only accepts messages destined for one of our customers. Relaying means accepting a message from one computer, and passing it on to another external computer. We disallow relaying to reduce spam. Your dialup provider should provide you with an SMTP server that you can use to relay your mail.

How do I upload my website?

The other method is to use an FTP program to upload your files. Once you've gotten your ftp program connected, be sure to place your files in the www folder. For more detailed FTP instructions, please view the FTP tutorial.

Make sure that you placed your files in the www folder. Make sure you named the default file you want to appear index.shtml

How do I view my usage statistics?
There is a report directory in your control panel menu  reports. This directory contains the statistics of your web site. To view it, go to your URL http://www.yourdomain.com/stats/default.asp.
